Q: Can you print digital photos other then pets on canvas?

A: Yes! The process is the same.  Simply pick the size you want and upload any photo.

Q: What does Gallery Wrap mean?

A: That is where the sides of the canvas are stretched around the wooden frame giving the picture depth.  The frame is 3/4 inch thick and this is why our pictures are ready to hang when you receive them.

Q: What canvas sizes are custom and how much do they cost?

A: We can do canvas sizes from 8" x 8" to 40" x 80."  The prices vary with size, you can email us your request and we will get back to you within 24hours.

Q: What is the best format to send images?

A: 300 DPI and as a JPEG or TIFF.  The resolution on most cameras work just fine on our canvas.  Just be sure to set your camera to the highest resolution and the photos are at least 2 megs.  If your not sure, go ahead and upload your photo and we will call if there is any problems.

Q: Do I need to do anything to my photo before I send it to you?

A: No!  We do all the prep work.  We will do our basic services and crop the photo as needed to fit the size you requested.  If for some reason your photo will not fit the size correctly we will contact you with a alternative.

Q: Can you fix flaws or other special requests in the photos?

A: Yes! There are limitations but we can do some amazing retouching including changing complete backgrounds.  When you place your order you can email us with what you would like done to the photo and select one of 2 choices for retouching.

We currently for "FREE" give our customers several upgrades to their photos which include removing pet eye, sharpen, brighten and add color contrast to every photo.  We also have 2 options for retouching.  If your photo is not perfect and needs work such as removing or adding type, cleaning up scratches or other imperfections we can help

Basic Retouch Option 1 - Add or remove type / Whiten teeth / remove scratches or imperfections.

Advanced Retouch Option 2 - Remove objects from background / Color corrections / other difficult requests.
