At Petphotosrus we have a 30 day money back guarantee.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply email us for a return form, completely fill it out and send it to us with a 3 x 5 piece of the canvas.  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and if you are not then nobody wins.  If the product comes to you damaged then we will also replace it under the same guide lines as returns.
